Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) supports over 6,000 companies worldwide. CSS helps customers with complex requirements, accelerates innovation, and ensures high performance and efficient operation of their most critical business processes on Oracle environments. The team works closely with UK Secure Government customers and, when required, with UK commercial customers, focusing on lifecycle management, adoption, user experience, and technical optimization.
What You’ll Do
* As a Fusion Cloud EPM Implementation Support Engineer for UK Government Clients, deliver post‑sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB, and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
* Offer strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction, building and using automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve or prevent customer issues. Provide on‑site visits when needed and serve on the technical problem‑solving/avoidance team for complex or critical issues.
Background You Should Have
* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS EPM.
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance and British Nationality required.
* Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
* Experience with applying and testing Oracle Updates.
* Strong experience in support, configuration, and extension services activities.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
* Demonstrated self‑initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Hands‑on experience supporting/integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
* Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications and understanding of performance tuning techniques.
Additional Technical Context
* Experience with Fusion SaaS technologies, e.g., OIC, ERP, SCM, PPM, Payroll.
