Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 8, Point 15 to 18 (£23,158 to £25,121)
Contract: Permanent/Term Time + 1 week (39 weeks)
Working Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

The right candidate will:
•Hold HLTA status or have substantial experience at HLTA level
•Be proactive, flexible, and positive in approach
•Be able to work independently and as part of a team
•Have high expectations of themselves and the pupils they support
•Demonstrate excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
