Redannick Residential and Nursing Home, Redannick Ln, Truro TR1 2JP

£30,480.84 per annum based on 39 hours per week (pro rata)

Your role

1. Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives
2. Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care
3. Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
4. Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
5. Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care

Your skills

6. Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
7. Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service
8. Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable
9. Clear and supportive communicator with a flexible approach
10. Kind, respectful and passionate about supporting older people
