Collaborate with Change Management: Align process improvements with organisational change plans to ensure smooth adoption.
Promote Lean Thinking: Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimise efficiency across delivery frameworks.
Essential Skills and Experience
Deep Expertise: Proven experience in process analysis, process engineering, and optimisation within complex delivery environments.
Lean and Simplification: Strong track record of applying Lean or Optimisation principles to streamline processes.
Project and Programme Knowledge: Understanding of delivery lifecycles and frameworks, with ability to simplify without losing control.
Influencing and Facilitation: Skilled at managing conflicting views and driving agreement in challenging environments.
Pragmatic Delivery: Ability to produce clear, actionable outputs quickly without over-engineering solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for creating guidance and engaging stakeholders.
Resilience: Comfortable working at pace and navigating resistance to change.
