Responsibilities
* Completing pre‑issuance reviews of listed and high‑risk audit engagements
* Collaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality
* Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality
* Contributing to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan

Qualifications
* ACA qualified (or equivalent)
* Experienced Senior Manager within Audit; strong candidates at Manager grade will also be considered
* Proven technical auditing and accounting skills with experience with listed and high‑risk audit engagements
* Passion for improving audit quality, previous experience within an audit quality or methodology based role would be advantageous
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and provide constructive feedback
