Exciting opportunity for a small animal Vet in beautiful coastal Cornwall!
Churchend vets, a well-known and respected practice in Cornwall for decades, is re-opening after a period of refurbishment. As a purpose-built, well-designed building it provides a great working environment and client experience within the busy market town of St Austell. Andy, a director of Churchend for 20 years now a clinical director, is looking for a small animal vet to join the new team and be part of this journey in this single site practice. We want everyone to enjoy coming to work and are committed to making our team happy. we are enthusiastic and enjoy working up cases to a very high standard, so we continually invest in our team's development and the equipment to support this. We appreciate that good work life balance, keeping healthy and happy is important to have a fulfilling and successful career.
As such, we are looking to develop this happy team, allowing for great case continuity and client relationships. Working together allows for great support, clinical discussion, and mutual learning. You will be supported by an experienced friendly nursing team.

We recognise that a big part enjoying being a vet is continual learning. We encourage CPD and are supportive of anyone wishing to progress in a discipline or a certificate. Within the group, you will be working alongside cert holders in surgery, dentistry and oral surgery, dermatology, behaviour and emergency medicine. Amongst other equipment Churchend has the most recent idexx lab equipment in house, digital Xray and DR dental system, doppler ultrasound, access to local CT.
