A Financial Company in Jersey are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will assist the team with client administration tasks such as processing banking instructions, preparing communications, and supporting documentation and bookkeeping. They will help maintain high service standards, contribute to team targets, and ensure accurate time recording while developing strong internal and external relationships.
We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, good organisational skills, and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and be willing to study towards a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
