Responsibilities
Review and recovery of outstanding funds owed to Hays Travel and identify & manage risk
Competences / Qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills, high standard of literacy and email etiquette
2. Excellent, organisational and administration skills
3. Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
4. Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
5. Ability to work to strict deadlines

Specific Duties
9. Full investigation of overdue bookings and customers direct debits to determine risk
10. Send relevant balance letters to customers within the agreed timescale
11. Liaising directly with customers & branches to recover funds owed
12. Liaising with all Hays Divisions & head office teams to resolve any issues
13. Completion of assigned reports as allocated by the team leader
14. Data Security - You are responsible to ensure all personal & business data is kept secure at all times & any data breaches are reported immediately
General
15. To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
16. To conform with all Health and Safety regulations and policies
17. To follow the company expectations regarding service standards at all times
