* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.

* Experience managing, training, and supporting a team.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and driving performance.
* Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, creative environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Solution-oriented mindset to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
