We're seeking a Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for UI and performance‑led design to join our in‑house creative team. You'll deliver multi‑channel digital solutions that align with our brand and support briefs across Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, and External Communications. Working across diverse platforms, you'll optimise customer journeys and produce high‑quality, on‑brand creative. Collaborating with senior designers, copywriters, marketers, UX, and product teams, you'll ensure a consistent customer experience. You'll also contribute to CRM campaigns and enhance our Ecommerce offering through data‑informed, user‑centred design. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, eager to grow in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. You'll gain hands‑on experience, present work with clear rationale, and stay current with design trends and AI's evolving role.

What you’ll do
* Design Delivery: Create digital, print, and broadcast assets across channels – including ads, emails, social, video, and web journeys – ensuring high‑quality, tech/print‑ready output.
* Research & Collaboration: Support research, contribute to journey mapping, and engage in design discussions to inform user‑centred, well‑rationalised solutions.
* Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines consistently to deliver distinctive, commercially effective experiences that reflect Premier Inn’s identity.
* Process & Standards: Follow defined workflows, keep stakeholders informed, and continuously improve design quality through feedback and collaboration.
Established skills in illustration, animation and motion graphics
* Established UI skills designing web and app experience
* Communicate clearly, present confidently, and use key tools like After Effects, Sketch, CRM, and CMS platforms.
Experience of working in a design team delivering digital communications for large consumer brand(s)
