Over the two-year self-directed programme, you’ll gain unique insight into the nuclear industry. It all starts with broad exposure across teams and customers, evolving into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. Qualifications
🎓 Qualifications / Skills to be successful:
We’re looking for graduates who:
📐 Have (or are expecting) a degree in Mechanical Engineering
💡 Are curious about how things are designed and built
🧮 Enjoy applying mathematical principles to solve real-world problems
🛠️ Have an interest in tools like Inventor, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
🧩 Love tackling challenges and thinking logically
🗣️ Can clearly communicate ideas and work well in a team
🚀 Are self-motivated and eager to learn

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must:
🛂 Be a UK sole national and a UK resident
🛂 Be able to obtain at least Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
📦 Be open to relocation or travel within the UK (relocation support is provided!)
