This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the support needed to secure successful property lettings and to cross sell our additional services to support our aim of ‘Helping People Move’ as well as generating additional revenue for your branch or department. The work is varied, and typical roles will include data registration, identifying and converting opportunities to sell additional services, arranging Lettings valuations for prospective landlords, arranging and booking viewings, attending site visits to conduct viewings at various properties, carrying out property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases. You will work closely with colleagues to explore solutions to problems, taking responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and planning of your own work. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch plus Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm on a rota basis. Salary: £25,000 plus commission, OTE £26,500
