The Ideal Nursery Practitioner
1. A genuine passion for working with children and passionate about creating a fun, safe and stimulating environment for children
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Good experience caring for children
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Candidate Requirements
5. Relevant Level 2 (or higher) in Childcare
6. 6 months experience working with Children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse in a Nursery
7. A valid, Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or, be willing to apply for a new certificate
8. An understanding of the importance of safeguarding in an environment with children
9. First Aid (Preferred)
