Responsibilities
* Lead and manage building physics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Perform advanced thermal modelling and simulations using IES and other relevant software.
* Utilize Ladybug and Grasshopper to support design optimization and environmental analysis.
* Knowledge of DREAM Assessments and Guidelines.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate sustainable design solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in building physics and sustainable design.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Extensive experience in building physics and thermal modelling.
* Proficiency in IES modelling, Ladybug, and Grasshopper.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and project management abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
