About The Role
Here at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, we are looking for a Systems Improvement Officer to work alongside our System Owner to support the smooth running of our housing systems, including the upcoming implementation of CxAssets, Contractor, and compliance modules. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining our systems, supporting the business in their use, and ensuring they operate effectively for JRHT.
Your days will be varied: some might involve working closely with business areas to map out new processes, others may focus on configuration work, preparing for upgrades, and testing. You will collaborate with various teams across JRHT, especially the System Owner for Housing, the programme team, and the Asset Management function, as we embed new systems.
About You
As our Systems Improvement Officer, you should have experience building and configuring within Housing, Assets, and Repairs systems, preferably Civica, or have transferable skills with other systems. You understand the importance of maintaining system integrity and quality throughout your work.
You should have a good understanding of business processes related to housing, repairs, and compliance, and be able to translate these into system configurations. Confidence in advising and guiding the business on system activities is essential.
You should be comfortable working with diverse teams and individuals, establishing effective relationships internally and externally. Strong communication skills are vital to translate complex system information to a broad audience.
Our core priority
JRHT aims to be a sustainable and engaging housing provider, delivering high-quality, continuously improving services, and affordable homes in well-managed communities, prioritizing those in greatest need.
How to apply
Please complete the online application by the closing date of 7th September. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 15th September and may be held earlier if sufficient quality applications are received.
