Job Title: Project Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, furniture, and facilities management projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities across fit-out, FM, and furniture.
* Support Project Managers with scheduling, procurement tracking, and progress reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, trackers, and risk logs.
* Monitor timelines and budgets, highlighting potential delays or issues early.
* Assist with client updates and preparation of handover documentation.
* Help organise site access, deliveries, and necessary health & safety documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a project coordination or support role within construction, interiors, or workplace design.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, Monday.com or similar).
* Knowledge of fit-out, facilities, or furniture processes is highly desirable.
