We are looking for aSenior Pension Project Analyst to join our team managing a portfolio of pension schemes within the PPF legislative framework. This is a key role where you will lead on your own portfolio of schemes and support the delivery of others, ensuring smooth transitions for schemes transferring into the PPF or successful buyouts for overfunded cases. In this role, you will lead and manage a portfolio of pension schemes through the assessment process, ensuringtimelyand efficient delivery.Youllsupport streams of work across the team, collaborating with senior stakeholders and providing guidance to analysts, while also working closely with senior colleagues on complex cases and contributing to strategic decision-making. Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with external stakeholders is key, asyoullensure projects are delivered in line with agreed plans and budgets. Youllcollaborate with internal teams, including technical, legal, and operational, to resolve issues and keep projects on track, making risk-based decisions to enable schemes to complete assessment on time and within budget. Accuracy and transparency are essential, soyoullensure updates to PPF systems and share scheme-related information with relevant internal users. Additionally,youllpeer-review work from other team members tomaintainquality and consistency across the team. Werelooking for someone with proven experience in managing multiple projects or portfolios of schemes, with the ability to analyse complex information and make risk-based decisions to overcome challenges and keep projects on track.Youllhavea track recordof providing leadership on projects or specific areas of work, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and budgets. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, asyoullwork with a range of internal and external parties to achieve successful outcomes. Ideally,youllbring experience from the financial services sector, including knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, anddemonstratethe ability to navigate technical and regulatory requirements effectively.
