Your new role
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of water infrastructure works in Aberdeenshire over a 6–8 week period. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safetypliance, and maintaining progress against programme. The role will involve daily reporting, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring works are delivered to specification and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience managing civil engineering or utility projects, ideally within the water sector
2. SMSTS or SSSTS certification
3. First Aid at Work
4. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
5. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
6. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
7. Experience working on Scottish Water frameworks is highly desirable
