Salary: £50,084 - 50,084 per year Requirements: Previous experience in an IT Business Analyst role Commitment to attending the office 1-2 days a week in Central London Demonstrable experience in conducting analysis and management of requirements for business technology change initiatives across various business functions (e.g., CRM, Finance, HR, Website) Involvement in technology change initiatives for CRM systems, including CRM replacements Expertise in process mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, SIPOC) Experience in managing the benefits lifecycle and related techniques Effective communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and deliver presentations Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex matters clearly to ensure alignment and satisfaction at all levels Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle Responsibilities: Identify and analyze business and technical requirements to support change initiatives, producing clear documentation to align key stakeholders Use suitable process mapping techniques to analyze requirements and present current and future states Contribute to the design and delivery of technology-driven change by ensuring that requirements are effectively reflected in technical solutions, which includes conducting market research, feasibility assessments, and liaising with external vendors and consultants for successful implementation Formulate suitable test approaches and techniques to ensure the effective delivery of requirements Forecast and track the benefits of technology-driven change, ensuring they are measured appropriately and communicated clearly.
