You will be part of a well-resourced team and involves taking full ownership of various key commercial assets across London. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage service charges, generate periodic client reports, support property transactions, and offer advice on value-add opportunities, with direct communication lines to all client types requiring a high level of professionalism.

Management of designated mixed commercial portfolio
Client Management
Client reporting
Assisting with value-add initiatives across the portfolio.
Skills and experience
Proven commercial property management experience.
RICS qualification (preferred)
