We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a range of supportive schools across Hull. These temporary roles offer both full-time and flexible working options, making them ideal for individuals looking for consistent work or adaptable schedules within education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across different year groups
* Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
* Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in learning
* Support pupils with varying abilities to access the curriculum
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school teams
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from individuals who:
* Have experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
* Are patient, adaptable, and supportive in their approach
* Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
* Are reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about education
No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required — training and ongoing support will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
