About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our business! This is a field-based role, involving frequent travel between site locations around the Guildford, Horsham, Brighton, and Crawley areas. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Attending sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
* Cleaning all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces
* Ensuring cleaning standards align with specifications
* Following health & safety legislation at all times
* Responding to ad hoc requests from Management
* Escalating concerns or site-level information to the Area Manager
* Completing stock checks and following procedures for ordering
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues, Regional, and Area Managers
* Supporting training and inductions for new cleaners
Qualifications And Skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Proactive, detail-oriented, methodical, and organised
* Self-motivated, confident, approachable, with a flexible attitude
* Excellent client focus with a proven service delivery record in facilities management or contract cleaning
* Team player capable of motivating others
