As part of the reputable cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a range of sectors, including higher education, residential, health, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project costs from the initial estimate through to the final account
* Provide cost advice and prepare cost plans
* Conduct cost checks and valuations
* Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
* Assess and report on project risks and value engineering opportunities
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree qualified in relevant discipline ideally Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
* Demonstrable experience in cost management or a related field
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
* Full UK driving license
