About Tadley Court School
We are a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features, situated in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well-maintained grounds. Our school caters to children and young people aged 4 to 19 years, all with a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. We pride ourselves on delivering values-led education and providing clear career progression routes, attracting dedicated professionals committed to our family ethos. Significant developments are ongoing, with further enhancements planned for September 2025.
Candidate Profile
Our students have diagnoses of ASD & SLD, requiring patient staff skilled in techniques such as PECS, Makaton, and TEACCH principles. Experience in mainstream primary education is advantageous, as our school largely follows this model across all cohorts. The successful candidate will work in an enthusiastic, supportive environment that promotes independence and effective communication in students. A passion for teaching vulnerable students and a desire to make a meaningful difference are essential.
