We’re Hiring: Development Managers & Development Project Managers
Are you passionate about shaping places and delivering high-quality real estate projects in London?
We are expanding our development team and are looking for talented Development Managers and Development Project Managers across Management and Graduate levels to join our growing London-based business.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting residential, mixed-use and commercial projects, from site acquisition through to completion and handover.
The Role
Depending on level, responsibilities will include:
* Leading or supporting development projects from feasibility to completion
* Managing consultant teams (planning, design, cost, legal and technical)
* Driving planning strategy and navigating the UK planning system
* Overseeing viability, appraisals and financial modelling
* Coordinating procurement and delivery strategies
* Managing programme, risk and reporting
* Engaging with stakeholders, local authorities and funding partners
Senior roles will also include:
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams
* Managing multiple projects or portfolios
* Client and investor relationship management
* Mentoring junior team members
* Strategic input into pipeline and business growth
Who We’re Looking For
We are open to candidates at different career stages:
Development Managers / Project Managers
* 3–8+ years’ experience in UK real estate development or consultancy
* Proven experience managing projects through planning and delivery
* Strong financial and programme management capability
* Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
Graduate / Assistant Development Managers
* Degree in Real Estate, Property, Planning, Construction or related discipline
* Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
* Enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn
* 0–3 years’ experience (consultancy, developer, contractor or client side)
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree qualified (Real Estate, Planning, Construction Management, Engineering or similar)
* MRICS, MRTPI or working towards chartership desirable (not essential)
* Strong financial literacy and understanding of development appraisals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercially astute and delivery-focused
