Join Harrods as our Head of Partnerships (12 month FTC), leading the future of luxury retail media and strategic brand collaborations.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Harrods’ Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy across all categories. You will drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen high-value partner relationships, and optimise the use of marketing and media inventory, balancing commercial success with brand integrity and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the development and execution of the Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy in alignment with wider business objectives.
* Owning the end-to-end B2B client account management strategy, including segmentation, lifecycle planning, and senior stakeholder engagement.
* Designing and embedding a strategic inventory planning and yield optimisation framework to maximise revenue and performance.
* Driving sales governance, forecasting discipline, and performance management across Partnerships teams.
* Leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders to align commercial priorities and enhance ways of working.
About you
You are a commercially astute and strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering growth in complex, matrixed environments. You bring deep expertise in partnerships, media, or retail, alongside the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Working Arrangement
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
