Employee Benefits Administrator
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £30,000 £32,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our team in Dudley. This role offers hybrid working arrangements; however, attendance in the office is required during the initial 3-month probation period. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day administrative support across various business areas, including Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, and Group Private Medical.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily office duties such as answering telephones, printing, and scanning
2. Prepare reports and conduct market research for Employee Benefits Group Pension, Group Risk, and Group Medical
3. Manage administration tasks related to new business submissions
4. Attend meetings to support Financial Advisers when applicable
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects within the Employee Benefits Team
6. Process non-technical changes, e.g., updating client address details with providers
7. Update back-office systems (Gateway and Volume)
8. Chase outstanding paperwork related to client cases
9. Provide additional administrative support as directed by the Team Leader
Requirements:
10. Previous experience in employee benefits or financial services administration
11. Strong organisational and communication skills
12. Proficiency in using standard and bespoke IT systems
13. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
