Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Provide targeted support to pupils in small groups or one-to-one
* Work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
* Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and consistency
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
What We're Looking For
* A recognised HLTA qualification (or Level 4+ equivalent)
* Proven experience in a primary school setting
* A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to classroom support
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
