Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: Between £50,000 - £70,000 + package
Location: Kent - Hybrid 2 days a week

As the Executive Assistant you will be instrumental in providing vital support to the executive team, managing a variety of administrative responsibilities and enhancing effective communication. This role is ideal for a meticulous and proactive individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules across multiple time zones and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Compile and provide organised travel itineraries end-to-end, travel with the executives when needed to provide support and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policies.
* Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure precision and professionalism.
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes and tracking subsequent actions.
* Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive information.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives as necessary, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
Key Requirements:
* Must have operated at an Executive Assistant, previously supporting Director-CxO level individuals and have exposure to managing diaries across multiple time zones.
* Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications.
* Capacity to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Ability and confidence to push back in the right manner, where needed, to maintain organisation.
* Want and availability to travel when needed (once per month max) with the leadership team.
