About the Role
As a Designer / Buyer, you will create garment collections for the company's portfolio of brands consistent with brand objectives, while affording a commercial attitude and efficient performance in delivering seasonal collections.
* Control all aspects of product development, ensuring each new collection aligns with brand DNA, desired cost structures, and quality standards.
* Create and maintain style and size specifications for new collection samples and bulk production.
* Develop appropriate branding presentation in line with brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will be trend aware and have a strong eye for design, able to create dynamic, commercial and innovative collections.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience as a designer is essential.
* Previous experience in creating fashion garment collections is desirable.
* Relevant degree qualification in fashion or design is desirable.
* Excellent CAD skills and IT ability. Experience in CorelDRAW / Illustrator / Photoshop is desirable.
