Advertising Sales Executive (High Earners Only)

We are expanding our advertising sales team and are looking for exceptional sales professionals — not beginners, not order-takers, and not people looking for a comfort role.
This is a high-performance opportunity selling advertising across established, well-read local media titles with a proven audience and strong brand trust.
This role is for you if:
* You are confident closing longer-term contracts, not chasing one-offs
* You understand that real money is made through repeat revenue and renewals
* You want to build a personal book of business that compounds year after year
* You are commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable being measured on results
What you’ll be selling
* Annual advertising series (13, 26 or 52 issues)
* Depending on which publication, series are weekly or fortnightly.
* Trusted local print titles, supported by digital options
* Advertising that delivers brand awareness, consistency, and credibility
Most of our advertisers commit for the year.
Earnings & structure
* Variable starting remuneration
* High commission rates (paid on total contract value, not per issue)
* Renewals continue to earn commission
* No artificial caps
* No resetting to zero every month
