The Role
We're looking for a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in executing our digital and CRM strategy, managing social media activity, and driving member engagement and growth through smart content, design and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Member Comms (HubSpot Marketing)
• Support execution of CRM strategy, working closely with the Director of Brand & Marketing.
• Manage daily/weekly member email communications via HubSpot.
• Design and build visually engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and optimize automation flows across the member journey (e.g. onboarding, retention, win-back).
• Analyze engagement and performance, continuously improving comms based on insights.
Social Media & Content Calendar
• Work with the content producer to manage and schedule the weekly social calendar across Instagram and TikTok.
• Design and format branded assets for social posts and campaigns using tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage community comms on all platforms - responding to messages, supporting club news, and coordinating with on-site teams.
• Drive engagement and growth in a platform-first way - with a focus on short-form, trend-aware content.
Performance Marketing
• Build, execute and report on paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Design ad creative and visual assets tailored to platform and audience.
• Monitor performance KPIs and conversion metrics, optimizing for acquisition and ROI.
General
• Track KPIs across digital channels and share regular reports and insights.
• Work closely with club teams to ensure alignment on messaging and activation.
• Skilled in Web Analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects

About You
• 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing, CRM and performance marketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in Web Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Marketing preferred).
• Solid graphic design skills with experience creating email templates, social posts, and ads (Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
• Experience managing social channels (particularly Instagram & TikTok).
• Confidence setting up, managing and reporting on Meta and Google paid ads.
• Creative thinker with a passion for wellness, sport and lifestyle content.
• Self-starter - proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Bonus: experience working in a membership-based, wellness or hospitality brand.
