We are recruitingfor an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients leading manufacturing operation based in Burnley.

This is a multi-tasking role where you will be working within the sales officesupporting the Head of Sales, Key Account Managers and Sales Co-ordinator. Thesales team to process orders, coordinate production planning, ensure that the correct paperwork is in place, arranging transport and ensuring customer paperwork is correct and in place for orders.
Weekly reporting and monitoring of stock commitments. Completion and submission of detailed stock information to customers.
Responsibilities included :
1. Support both Key Account Manager and Sales Co-Ordinator with the day to day running of accounts
2. Detailed accurate data gathering and recording
3. Processing orders EDI and Manually
4. Order entry both by manual process and electronic format to be accurate and applying a high attention to detail
5. Booking in relevant orders
6. Arranging and agreeing customer lead, accurate dates / times of deliveries
7. Updating and populating weekly stock sheet and circulating to customers with accurate figures applying a high attention to detail.
