Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Durrington, hybrid working
Contract Type: Contract – 12 months
Hours: 37 hours

We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on an urgent FTC basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Senior BAs, and IT/business teams to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

What you will be responsible for:
1. Lead the analysis approach for projects, selecting the best methods and techniques.
2. Own and deliver business analysis artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
4. Define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with agreed standards.
5. Support project managers in planning and delivering BA components.
6. Coach and guide team members on BA best practices.
Additional Requirements specific to the role
7. Must be immediately available.
8. Able to work on-site two days per week.
9. Experience in waterfall methodology is essential.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential
10. Significant experience in business analysis across medium and large projects.
11. Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
12. Expertise in business process design and modelling (BPMN, UML).
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
14. Relevant BA qualification (e.g., BCS Diploma, CCBA/CBAP).
Desirable
15. Experience in regulatory environments.
16. Project management certifications (Prince2, APM, PMI).
