Pay: £89–£100 per day

About the Role
Start Date: ASAP (continuing throughout the academic year)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, term time only
⏰ Hours: Typically 8:30am–3:30pm (hours may vary by school)
Progression: Opportunity for a permanent contract

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver dedicated 1:1 support to enable pupils to access learning
* Collaborate with the class teacher to tailor activities to individual needs
* Support pupils in line with their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Build a consistent, trusting relationship that fosters safety and motivation
* Assist with classwork, daily routines, and emotional regulation

* Passionate about supporting children and young people
* Calm, patient, and adaptable in your approach
* Strong communicator ️
* Experience with children is beneficial but not essential — full training and ongoing support provided
