Temporary Operation Administrator
One of our long-standing clients who are known globally in the oil and gas industry, are looking to welcome a temporary Operations Administrator to their team in Forfar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare all delivery notes, equipment despatch notes and equipment return notes.
* Book in all equipment rental returns on MS Navision.
* Type up In-House certification.
* Scan, save and hyperlink certification to system and update expiry dates.
* Prepare Work Order job packs.
* Update personnel training and competency records.
* Liaise with 3rd party vendors.
* Review and file completed purchase orders.
* Portal updates for dispatches / returns.
* Send signed Equipment Returns Notes to customers.
* Allocate equipment to sales orders in MS Navision.
* Answer the main phone line and transfer calls in a professional manner.
* General admin duties across all departments when required.
* Observe company policies and procedures.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
* National 5 pass in English & Maths.
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience using MS Navision (desirable but not essential)
* Customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
This is a full time role with the possibility of it becoming a permanent position
