What You Should Bring:
* Solid IT and problem-solving skills in areas such as:
* Anti-virus & general PC issues
* Disk space, memory, and CPU troubleshooting
* Office 365 Management
* VPN and connectivity issues
* Wi-Fi support
* Creating users via Active Directory
* PC/workstation installations
* Service cancellations
* IT project work
* Anti-virus installation
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Confidence when speaking with clients
* A genuine passion for IT and learning
* Experience in outsourced IT support
* A full UK driving licence (some off-site work)
Role Specifics:
* Organised, reliable, confident in your responsibilities
* Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, consistent task completion
* Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, punctuality
* During the six-month probation, office attendance is required five days a week.
First Few Weeks May Include:
* Supporting PCs and servers (Windows 10, 11, Server 2012–2022)
* Installing/upgrading software
* Administering IP phone systems
* Supporting client applications (training provided)
* Setting up email and web hosting (Linux & Windows)
* Supporting Mac remotely and on-site
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* 2+ years supporting SME networks in an outsourced IT environment
