What you'll do as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker: * Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations * Support and develop therapeutic support workers * Deliver structured, nurturing care for children with challenging behaviours * Promote wellbeing, safety, and life opportunities for young people * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies * Uphold high standards in reporting, safeguarding, and compliance * Deputise for the Home Manager when required As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you’ll be a role model, a mentor, and a key figure in creating a safe, empowering environment.
