Salary: £25,584 per year
Hours: 35 hours per week (shortened full-time contract)
Shifts: 2-3 waking nights per week (average of 3-4 days off most weeks)
Contract: Permanent and secure

What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide overnight care and emotional support to young people aged 14+ living in a small, supportive residential home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment overnight
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
Providing reassurance, guidance, and practical support
Helping young people build confidence and independence
Keeping clear, accurate records and safeguarding information
Working within trauma-informed and psychologically aware frameworks
Every night you'll play a part in helping young people believe in a brighter future.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience supporting children or young people in residential or supported housing settings
Understanding of trauma-informed care and safeguarding frameworks
Ability to stay calm, caring, and consistent under pressure
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A full UK driving licence (a company car is provided at the home)
A caring, resilient, and team-focused attitude
