About The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Children's services. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our services strive for quality excellence in all they do and maintain all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
* Support and monitor the implementation of our Quality Strategy.
* Audit services to ensure service delivery achieves full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a critical friend to provide advice and support in the preparation of action plans identified at quality/regulatory visits and assist with action plans.
* Monitor progress against agreed action plans.
* Review complaints and incidents and provide information as required.
* Provide advice and support to staff where there is a complex complaint or clinical incident.
* Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures to support best practice in care and quality.
About you
You will have experience working within a Quality Assurance framework with extensive knowledge of OFSTED requirements and experience in social care. You should be supportive with excellent communication skills, particularly in report writing. You will use your experience and knowledge to coach managers and enable their development. This role requires extensive travel to visit each of the services to undertake audit visits and support action plans.
