The Reservation Coordinator will work closely with clients from around the world to establish luxury high-end Corporate Accommodation needs for their overseas visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Make bookings with various client partners in the EMEA region.
* Provide Reservations and administrative support to operational teams.
* Ensure reservations, bookings, and related administration are processed accurately and promptly.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Enter all requests and reservation bookings into the company’s database.
* Convert enquiries into new bookings.
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems and databases.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word.
