Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Chorley and Winsford, North West England Salary: £15.00 per hour + £60 per sleep-in Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Rota Pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off About the Role: We are working with a leading provider of residential care for children and young people affected by emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint two passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Workers—one based in Chorley and the other in Winsford. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a warm, therapeutic setting supporting young people aged 8–17 with challenging backgrounds, trauma, and complex needs.
