1. To coordinate with the Costing Department, M&E Department, and Business Department on tender requirements.
2. Able to cooperate with construction department staff in tender planning and EHS matters.
3. To assist or attend subcontractor and supplier workshop meetings related to tenders and make the necessary preparations.
4. To ensure that the proposed planning aligns with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
5. Able to develop a suitable Microsoft Project schedule (or equivalent) for the tender project, showing all work sequences from commencement to TOP.
6. To study and propose feasible Temporary Site Facilities, including alternatives.
7. To study and propose suitable construction sequences for Structural and Architectural works, considering authority requirements and contract specifications.
8. To study and propose the most cost-effective ERSS for the costing department.
9. To assist and provide technical support to the tender team on queries from consultants.
10. To estimate manpower and resources required for the tender project.
11. To collaborate with the project team on proposals during the tender stage once the tender is successful.
12. To review tender documents, specifications, and drawings, highlighting discrepancies, value engineering opportunities, or key items for the tender team.
13. To participate in safety site inspections to monitor site safety and workmanship.
14. Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
15. To review construction previews submitted by the project team and coordinate with them to obtain Japan HQ approval.
16. To assist office management in improving site EHS standards.
