LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK 🌎
The company has a policy of allowing its employees to work from home. UK travel will not normally be required except for training or periodically scheduled Company meetings.
You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends.

Elite Dynamics is a proud Microsoft Solutions Partner and Microsoft Dynamics reseller specialising in delivering vertical solutions for the holiday park and marinas industries. They are based on the Microsoft D365 technology stack and Power Platform.

In this role, you will be providing project management and governance to simultaneous professional services implementations of Elite solutions. You hold relevant project management certifications or demonstrate equivalent experience in ERP, technology and/or software implementations. You thrive on detail and organization, and strike the right balance between maintaining project schedule and budget, managing change and risk, and setting customer expectations. You are professional and responsive to your customers but rigorous in following process and protecting commercials. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager would be a natural fit for someone passionate about working with innovative solutions in a constantly evolving and dynamic work environment.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY ✒️
* Intake all new projects ensuring that projects are fully scoped and prioritized including new customer onboarding projects, small system modification projects and R&D product development
* Apply best practice project governance to deliver simultaneous projects on time and on budget
* Manage project risk and change according to rigorous project governance practices
* Manage stakeholders effectively, deliver difficult news when required to do so diplomatically and professionally
* Maintain project schedules, minute meetings, produce highlight reporting and any other required management or project KPI reporting for both management and customer audiences
* Allocate resources to maximize utilization, reacting to changes proactively and efficiently
* Conduct project retrospectives and apply recommendations to future projects with a continuous improvement mindset
* With precision and accuracy, track project budgets and conduct time-tracking, month-end procedures and invoicing, as required
* At all times seek to assist and support the project team as a servant leader
* Follow all Elite information security policies and procedures and participate in audit activities as required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS 🚀
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager of cross-functional, complex projects
* Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner or equivalent experience managing enterprise scale technology and/or software projects, including ERP
* Dynamics 365 platform knowledge
* Business Central finance experience
* Conversant in one or more project management tools with a preference given to prior exposure to MS Project Operations
* GDPR working knowledge
DESIRABLE SKILLS ✔️
* Degree educated
* Experience in or exposure to the holiday park and marinas industry
* Professional services experience in a software development organization

Travelling maybe required both for training and project purposes from time to time.
