Enablement & Change Management
* Act as a change agent in driving best practices across the TA function (e.g., behavioral interviewing, structured assessments, inclusive hiring practices).
* Collaborate with People Analytics to track TA performance metrics and evaluate the impact of learning interventions on hiring outcomes.
* Coach TA leaders and senior stakeholders on embedding a continuous learning mindset.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Talent Management teams to ensure alignment and integration of recruitment capability initiatives.
