Qualifications
* Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with confidence in handling customer concerns and feedback
* Ability to assist in executing marketing initiatives to boost Forbici's visibility and sales
* Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience within a similar setting
