Project Manager

Role Overview:
* Location: Hybrid, with regular client site travel (3 days per week)
* Package: Competitive salary + bonus + security clearance support
* Industry: Technology / Government / Enterprise IT
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading complex software delivery projects across agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments
* Owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting — ensuring projects land successfully
* Acting as the key client contact from planning through to go-live
* Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
* Driving revenue and margin performance across your projects
* Partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape, price, and win new business
* Leading internal and external teams, mentoring others, and developing talent
* Ensuring delivery aligns with client contracts, licensing, and capability boundaries
* Championing the brand and delivering continuous value across accounts
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong track record delivering IT and software projects in consulting or services settings
* Deep understanding of governance, commercials, and delivery metrics
* Comfortable working across Agile (ideally SAFe), hybrid, and traditional models
* Excellent client relationship skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
* Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and navigating delivery complexity
* Experience working with UK government clients and secure environments
* Ability to support pre-sales, shape SoWs, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams
* Eligible for (or already hold) high-level UK Security Clearance
