* October – January 2026, 2.5 Days per week
* January onwards 5 Days per week
Location: Remote (Ad-Hoc office attendance in Cambridge for critical meetings/workshops)

Your New Role
This role is a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). It is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies for one or multiple ongoing initiatives within the organization. Works closely with the Director of Change Management and the TMO team to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate change across multiple projects to ensure cohesive delivery
* Partner with project leaders and managers to ensure successful implementation
* Ensure adherence to company change management frameworks
* Perform change impact assessments to identify risks and resistance
* Develop and deliver partner engagement, communication, and training plans
* Create plans to measure adoption and success of change
* Collaborate with external service providers as needed
* Participate in AZ project management and change management communities of practice
* Demonstrate expertise in change management with a proven track record
* Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Interpret technical information into business language aligned with AZ objectives
* Experience in delivering high-risk projects and decision-making
* Negotiate effectively across complex groups
* Hold formal qualifications in change management, project management, or process improvement
* Experience working in a global organization with complex/geographical contexts
* Pharmaceutical R&D experience preferred
