More About Your Role
* This role delivers sessions in the community, not within our Leisure centres.
* Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for communities outside our Leisure Centres in Northumberland, focusing on tackling health inequalities and inequalities of access.
* Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by the line manager in line with current data protection protocols.
* Deliver specific Healthy Communities projects/programmes (e.g., Exercise Referral, Falls prevention, Mams on the Move, Group exercise sessions, Activities for young people) according to the parameters discussed with the line manager.

More About You
* Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently (e.g., Exercise Referral, Coaching, Group Exercise, Pre-Post Natal) recognised by governing bodies such as CIMSPA.
* Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
* Passion for improving the health of the local community.
* Ability to use MS tools.
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to drive a community van.
