Role Description
We are seeking a confident and driven First Response Executive to be the first point of contact for new client enquiries.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a background in sales or customer-facing roles. You will speak with potential clients, understand their situation, and guide them through the next steps while building trust and confidence from the outset.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
* Basic understanding of investing and/or cryptocurrency (advantageous)
* Previous experience in sales, call handling, or a client-facing role
